We are an intellectual Property Right Administration Company which administers rights on behalf of local and international music rights-owners. We require the services of an exceptionally sharp, culturally aware, and driven candidate, to be part of our growing team of music rights administrators.

Job Summary:

The company is seeking an individual who will help to strengthen and grow the service delivery capacities, efficiencies, and offering to our vast array of existing right-owners and potential clients.

Responsibilities Summary:

  • To interact with clients face-to-face on a daily basis and via electronic means, handling inquiries, applications, and resolving potential issues.
  • Play a lead role in managing the client applications process, to accurate and effective dissemination of information to clients, and to using strong analytical and research skills to support service delivery.
  • Ensure all applications, transaction and instructions from clients are processed in a timely manner with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism and taking ownership of the relationship with the client, to ensure that client needs are identified and met.
  • Develop and maintain sound knowledge of the company's policies, procedure, products, services and enhance the relationship with clients, to fulfill organizational compliance and needs of the clients.
  • Performing software driven data entry functions and becoming proficient in use of multiple specialized software.
  • Supporting the data exchange process with international partners and affiliates.
  • Supporting end-to-end aspects of the royalty administration and payment process.
  • Must be able to identify and document existing work flows and processes as well as create new and innovative business processes to support the growth of the division.
  • To be versatile in working with analytical and empirical data, plans and reports and be versed at using intuitive and systematic approaches for handling day to day operational tasks.
Qualifications, skills and role competencies:
  • First degree in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines.
  • Must be at least twenty five (25) years old with minimum two (2) years relevant working experiences.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the copyright field are an advantage.
  • Highly numerate and IT literate (advanced MS Excel a plus).
  • Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and management.
  • Able to work autonomously and within the team environment.
