Site Supervisor (Level 5)
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma in Construction or equivalent
- Five (5) to seven (7) years' in the road construction sector with experience at a supervisory level.
- Training in road construction and equipment.

Reporting Relationship
Reports to: Construction Manager
Highlight of Job Functions:
- Supervise assigned work team at plant, equipment and on construction site.
- Maintain high standards of quality and service for all operating units and contractors.
- Utilize good safety practices at all plants, vehicles, buildings and equipment used on construction sites that are correctly handled and maintained.
- Supervise contract in keeping with specifications, schedules drawings and procedures for measurement in respect of each site under his supervision.
- Maintain currency with technical and operational developments in the field by attending lectures, demonstrations etc. and by studying technical journals and reports.
- Report on the implications of such developments in relation to his field of activities or on matters of general interest to the National Works Agency.
- Monitor staff and labour on site for adequacy for present or anticipated changes and to take action to correct excesses or deficiencies.
