Executive Secretary
- Provide efficient and effective executive/administrative support to the CEO.
- Co-ordinate and/or performs administrative tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the office.
- Serve as a central point of liaison with internal and external clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive, effective and efficient record management program.
- Research and obtain information to create, compose and edit technical and/or administrative correspondences and documentation.
- Maintain an efficient information flow.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing database and filing systems
- Overseeing the smooth running of the CEO’s Office
- Thorough knowledge and experience in administrative and secretarial functions.
- Good report writing techniques.
- Ability to display diplomacy, good reasoning power, and judgment
- Proficient in Project Management
- Proficient in speech writing
- Must be accessible at all times
- Knowledge of how government operates and its protocol.
- Good knowledge of formal meeting protocol and minutes taking.
(a) Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Public Administration of the Social Sciences.
- Certified Administrative Professional or other training in Administrative Management. plus
- Certified Professional Secretary
- A minimum of five (5) years of administrative related experience
- Experience in dealing with matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
