Job Functions will include:
- Operating switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing calls
- Log in customers, visitors and suppliers and issue visitors' pass
- Obtain and circulate lunch menu to staff each afternoon, and place lunch orders by the designated cut-off time each morning
- Receive, record and distribute incoming mail
- Record and distribute cheques to creditors and file cheque listings
- Maintain record of international and cellular calls and prepare monthly summary
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Certificate in Telephone Techniques/Customer Service
- Three (3) CXC/GCE subjects including English and Mathematics
Specific Knowledge
- Customer Service
- Telephone Techniques
- Microsoft Word and Excel
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
- Good judgement/initiative
Work Experience:
- One (1) to three (3) years experience in a similar capacity
