Administrative Assistant - Steps to work project
Job Purpose
To provide administrative support for activities to the implementation of the Steps to Work project.
Key Outputs
- Collaborates with Steps to Work Coordinator to develop, revise and circulate procedures
- Liaison with Steps to Work units in all relevant parish offices maintained
- Liaison with network of supporting agencies established and maintained
- Minutes, letters, memoranda, reports and other documents typed, submitted for signature and dispatched
- Documents copied and dispatched
- Filing system in the Project Coordinating Unit established and maintained
- Training and meeting packages prepared
- Respond to queries
- Liaises with client, MLSS parish officers and stakeholders
- Clients mobilized for intervention
- Steps to work publication distributed
Minimum Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good records management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Three (3) years work experience as an Administrative Assistant
