Job Summary:
We are seeking outstanding candidates with micro-finance experience who wish to help us to enhance our service standard by assisting qualified applicants to obtain the financial assistance they deserve.

Loan Officer - Kingston
Key Responsibilities
  • Being an ambassador for AIM Financial
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to quickly analyze high volume of data and trends
  • Assess and address irregularities
  • Willingness to provide the ultimate customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Provide timely feedback in accordance with our customer service standard
  • Provide timely reports as required
  • Promote and cross-sell the company's products, specials and rewards
  • Engage in activities geared towards building our customer base


Qualifications:
  • Micro-finance experience is a must
  • At least two (2) years proven working experience as a Loan Officer - a must
  • An effective and engaging communicator 
  • High energy level and persuasion skills
  • Ability to meet, maintain and exceed targets assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Receptionist - Kingston

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a pleasant welcome experience to visiting or calling customers
  • Directs incoming and outgoing telephone calls and messages
  • Assist with authorized requests efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain security by complying with access control procedures
  • Promote and cross-sell the company's products, specials and rewards
  • Perform other clerical/receptionist duties as required

Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience as an Admin Assistant/Receptionist (a must)
  • Represent the company with supreme customer service
  • High energy level
  • An effective and engaging communicator
  • Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
  • At least five (5) CXCs including English and Math
