Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional service and support to customers during each interaction.
- Adhere to all company and quality guidelines regarding the delivery of service and support to customers.
- Escalate problematic customer issues to management according to standard operating procedures.
- Properly document each customer interaction according to company standard operating procedures.
- Act with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in each customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensures calls are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintains the highest standard of quality and guarantees customer satisfaction on every chat
- Provides product solutions.

- Three (3) or more CXCs including English Language.
- Typing speed of 25 wpm
- Experience in a technical support and/or desk top support role is a plus.
- Strong technical background (Computer technology and troubleshooting).
- Ability to work any shift within a 24 hour time period including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to multitask.
- Must reside in Kingston or St Catherine
