Reservation Specialist (Kingston, Jamaica) - Innovative Vision


Job Overview

 Agents will handle inbound calls from customers looking to book a room using Snaptravel service.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Proven written and verbal skills
    • Excellent command of the English language
    • Active Listener and a clear and articulate speaker
    • Committed, ambitious, energetic & enthusiastic
    • Quality oriented
    • High sense of urgency and task oriented
    • Ability to think and respond quickly
    • Ability to work nights and/or a 24/7 schedule
    • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Call center and reservation experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
  • Secondary Level Passes in Mathematics and English Language
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
  • Excellent listening skills and a silvery voice
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction

Desired Experience:

  • One (1) year plus Call Centre Experience
  • One (1) year plus Hotel Front Desk Experience
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
  • Previous Sales Experience
