Job Overview
Agents will handle inbound calls from customers looking to book a room using Snaptravel service.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven written and verbal skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Active Listener and a clear and articulate speaker
- Committed, ambitious, energetic & enthusiastic
- Quality oriented
- High sense of urgency and task oriented
- Ability to think and respond quickly
- Ability to work nights and/or a 24/7 schedule
- Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Call center and reservation experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Secondary Level Passes in Mathematics and English Language
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
- Excellent listening skills and a silvery voice
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
Desired Experience:
- One (1) year plus Call Centre Experience
- One (1) year plus Hotel Front Desk Experience
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Previous Sales Experience
