Executive Secretary - OPSS/SS4 (Vacant)
Minimum Qualification and Experience- A Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Management, Management Studies or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to take and reproduce accurate minutes.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to exercise high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Experience in a community college setting is an advantage.
Marketing and Public Relations Officer MCG/IE4
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent qualifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Track Record of performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to undertake multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge across all social media platforms.
- Experience organizing public and social events.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Four (4) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English Language and A Certificate in Administrative Management.
Or
- An Associate Degree in Management or Business from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication skills.
- One (1) year secretarial/administrative experience.
