Seeks to identify suitable candidates for the following positions.

Executive Secretary - OPSS/SS4 (Vacant)

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Management, Management Studies or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to take and reproduce accurate minutes.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to exercise high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Experience in a community college setting is an advantage.

Marketing and Public Relations Officer MCG/IE4

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Track Record of performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to undertake multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive knowledge across all social media platforms.
  • Experience organizing public and social events.
Secretary OPS/SS2

Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • Four (4) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English Language and A Certificate in Administrative Management.

Or
  • An Associate Degree in Management or Business from an accredited institution.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • One (1) year secretarial/administrative experience.
