Key Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering telephone lines and routing calls as necessary
- Weekly filing of sales and suppliers invoices and other important documents
- Provide administrative support to staff as assigned
- Associate degree in a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year work experience
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
