The National Irrigation Commission Limited is recruiting for the following positions which are clear vacancies:
Paralegal/Executive Secretary
(Legal Unit)
&
Administrative Assistant
(PR Unit)
Minimum Requirements for Paralegal/Executive Secretary:
- Associate degree in Law or Advanced Diploma in Paralegal Studies
- A minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar position
- Experience dealing with land matters, conveyancing, probates, would be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Excellent writing skills and critical analysis
- Flexibility to work outside regular working hours
Minimum Requirements for Administrative Assistant:
- Current designation in Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or diploma in Administrative Management level 2
- Certificate in Public Relations/Associate degree in Mass Communications or related field of study
- A minimum of three (3) years working experience in an administrative or public relations position
- Excellent command of the English Language and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related applications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
