The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to fill the position of
Administrative Assistant (GMG/AM 2)– in the Transport Unit (Vacant), salary range $1,025,878.00 to
$1,219,446.00 per annum and any allowance(s) attached to the post.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves as a liaison officer with other Departments in the resolution of day-to-day to acquire
relevant information
• Takes and transcribes notes and produces documents
• Schedules and coordinates meeting for supervisor
• Prepares statistical and narrative reports
• Establishes and maintains a records management system for the Office
• Records incoming and outgoing mail and distributes accordingly
• Drafts response to routine correspondence for relevant signature
• Request and manages the distribution of office stationary and supplies for the Office
• Provides assistance and support as needed
• Performs any other duties assigned

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma/Certificate in Management Studies/Public Administration
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position
