Broker Solutions Associate
The desired candidate should have the following competencies and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Insurance qualification and FSC certification in all classes of business.
- Experience in handling and interpreting commercial policies (distinct advantage).
- Customer Service Training and Certification.
- Proven underwriting and customer service skills.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel.
- At least five (5) years Underwriting experience.
Claims Solutions Assistant - GGIL P&C North
The desired candidate should have the following competencies and qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Professional Insurance qualification would be a distinct advantage.
- Sound analytical and negotiation skills.
- Customer Service Training and Certification.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel.
- Ability to process and settle motor and non-motor claims with minimum supervision.
- At least five (5) years Claims Handling experience.
