 Stationery & Office Supplies Limited seeks Customer Service & Sales Representatives. This candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers during each interaction.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • To ensure that all sales leads are captured daily
  • To seek out potential customers for our products and services
  • To support Sales Representatives during their absence from the office as required
  • To prepare sales quotations, invoices, and document each customer interaction as per operating procedures.
  •  provide product suggestions and advice to customers
  • Conduct follow-up with prospects and customers in a timely manner as required
  • The ability to negotiate & to handle customer queries & conflicts
  • To provide quality service to the company's customers
  • To represent the company in a positive and professional manner
  • Any other duties, as assigned

Job Description

Jamaica Flour Mills Limited is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the role of FORKLIFT OPERATOR at its depot located in Montego Bay, St. James.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A minimum of a high school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift operation certification, plus 5 years’ operating experience.
  • Prior warehouse experience would be an asset
  • A valid Driver’s License.
  • Basic mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Basic understanding of ISO, HACCP, GMP and environmental standards
  • A high level of initiative, integrity and motivation.
  • Ability to work productively and effectively in a team setting
  • A high level of safety awareness.

Social Media & e-Commerce Marketing Assistant (Sun Island Jamaica) - Kingston, Jamaica



 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media: 

  • Respond and prepare quotations for customers on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp in a timely manner
  • Send out Mailchimp campaigns
  • Product Photography: capture and edit product images for use on social media and websites
  • Respond to emails on websites' customer service accounts

Website Management:
  • Update product images and banners, edit product descriptions and prices on our websites
  • Monitor and update stock levels on websites
  • Customer service to online website customers
  • Convert online orders onto internal management software 
  • Assist walk-in customers when the in-house Sales Rep is absent or needs support
Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge in the use and administration of major social media networks for business including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube
  • Competence with content management systems 
  • Working knowledge of Mailchimp; creation of Mailchimp campaigns would be an asset
  • Knowledge of Photoshop would be an asset
