GK Food and Services Ltd – Grace Agro Processors Divisions invite suitably qualified persons to apply for the following position:

INVENTORY/COST CONTROLLER

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in the use of computer applications for data analysis.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; specifically, SAP would be an asset
• Proficiency in Budget planning.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and reconcile inventory valuation reports.
• Assist in efficiency improvements through yield management.
• Plan and coordinate cycle and monthly counts
• Conduct variance analyses and offer explanation as required.
• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reconciled to computer generated reports.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
• Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis
• Liaise with external auditors during year end counts.
• Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry,
• Maintain Bills of Materials in computer software.
