Applications are invited to fill the vacant post of Secretary (OPS/SS 2), St. Thomas parish office.
The incumbent is responsible for providing secretarial services to the designated manager.
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of Jamaica 4-H Clubs policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Jamaica 4-H Clubs laws and regulations
- Good interpersonal skills and customer relations
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Proficiency in minute taking
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Successful candidate must meet the following required qualifications and experience:
- Five (5) subjects at CXC or GCE level including English Language with proficiency in typing at a speed of 40-45 wpm, successful completion of the prescribed secretarial course at the Management Institute of National Development (MIND) or other accredited secretarial institutions; PLUS
- Two (2) years experience in a similar capacity
