PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CLERK (PIDG/RIM 1)
Job Purpose
Under the general supervision of the Director, Public Procurement, the Public Procurement Clerk is responsible for providing the necessary clerical and administrative support in the issuing of tenders and pre/post bidding process.
Key Outputs:
- Information collated and entered in electronic database
- Reports collated
- Data verified and entered
- Print information retrieved
- Records maintained
- Elimination scans performed
Special Conditions Associated with the job:
- Typical office environment, no adverse working conditions
- Participation in retreats/meetings outside of normal working hours may be required from time to time
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in a similar position
