Job Purpose

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate smooth on boarding  and off boarding processes, ensuring new hires receive necessary training and exit procedures are followed.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, fostering a positive work environment. 
  • Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting and employee development plans.
  • Administer compensation structures, benefits programs, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices that align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify training needs, develop relevant programs, and foster a learning culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
  • At least three (3) years' related working experience in a Human Resource Management position.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
  • Supervisory Management Certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Collections, and payables reconciliation and accounting.
  • Quickbooks experience, Excel and Spreadsheet experience are assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will direct and oversee the financial activities of the Group. The Successful candidate will manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets and financial planning. The new Accounting Manager will be required to do among other things the following:

Key Responsibilities/Functions

  • Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures as the need arises.
  • Oversees the operations of the Accounts Department including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goal and objectives.
  • Involved in the strategic planning and development of new products.
  • Analyze and interpret the financial information that will aid corporate executives in making sound decisions.
  • Prepare financial reports for companies under the group along with the creditors, regulatory agencies and tax authorities.

 Requirements

  • Five (5) years' or more experience in the management of an accounting department.
  • ACCA Level 2

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Management from an accredited university
  • Knowledge and experience with SAGE50, Peach Tree, QuickBooks or any other reputable ERP accounting software.
  • Experience in a financial organization in Loan Accounting would be an asset.

Job Summary
