Customer Service Agents (St. Catherine, Jamaica) - Transparent BPO

 Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Agents that will be the liaison between Transparent BPO's clients and their current and potential customers. The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, completing sales, handling complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

A successful Agent will manage large amounts of inbound calls promptly, follow call center "scripts" when handling different topics, and identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.

Requirements
  • Must be able to fluently speak and write English, using proper pronunciation and sentence structure: minimal accent, clear voice, good volume, and pace. Voice should project confidence.
  • Agent must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills. The ability to be conversational and build rapport with customers is key to upselling.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task. There will be a need for the agent to effectively manage several duties at the same time. Mainframe tool (customer database), H2H tool, and Callshaper platform
  • Must be an excellent problem solver and critical thinker.
  • Be able to select/introduce new products (upsell) to create value on order calls. Example: Customers will call in to ask questions or have concerns with their orders. Through conversation, you are to make efforts to upsell at every available and appropriate opportunity.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and a fast learner/ being able to retain information
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Be very polite and demonstrates the ability to exercise patience
  • Able to display empathy toward a customer’s situation
  • Must be a team player
  • Have a positive attitude: friendly, upbeat, willing, and helpful
  • Ability to work in a fast–paced setting. Efficient time management Flexible with work schedules and willing to workdays nights and weekends, and overtime in some cases.

Data Entry Specialist (St. Catherine, Jamaica) - Transparent BPO

 Job Description

Transparent BPO is seeking highly detail-oriented and organized Data-Entry Specialists to join our team. The core function of this role is to efficiently copy information from one program or source ans accurately paste it into another system/database. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, a strong focus on accuracy, and the ability to work with various software applications. This position is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring the smooth flow of informatio within the organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently transfer data from one program, source or document into another software system/database
  • Data Validation: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of the copied data to minimize errors and discrepancies.
  • Data Cleaning: Identify and rectify and inconsistencies, missing informaton or formatting issues within the data
  • Data Organization: Maintain and organize records, files and documents in a systematic and accessible manner to facilitate easy retrieval
  • Quality Control: Implement data quality control measures to ensure that the information entered is consistent, reliable and up-to-date
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data security protocols.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of data entry activities, including data sources, dates, and any issues encountered during the process
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, or data managers to address data-related queries, discrepancies, and reporting requirements
  • Efficiency Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data entry speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Follow established data entry guidelines. protocols, and best practices to maintain data consistency and integrity

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant coursework is a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using various software applications and tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent typing and data entry speed
  • Knowledge of data entry best practices and data security principles
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with data entry software and tools

Job Overview:

The Security Officer handles ensure that we maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Obtains help by sounding alarms.
  • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
  • Controls traffic by directing drivers.
  • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Evaluation of Performance:

The Security Officer will be evaluated regularly to ensure the position is impacting the organization in the most positive way. Key objectives that will be tracked and reviewed will be discussed with the Direct Manager upon hire but will definitively be determined by meeting minimum job requirements.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items.
  • Previous experience as a Security Officer is a plus

Porter (Office Attendant) - St. Catherine, Jamaica - Transparent BPO

 Job Description



The primary responsibility of a Porter is to keep company property in clean and orderly condition. Porters perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, walls and glass as well as maintaining rest room and break room areas. Porters are also responsible to perform routine maintenance activities and notifying management of need for repairs.


The following are a list of tasks generally performed within the Porter position:
  1. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
  2. Gather and empty trash.
  3. Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  4. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  5. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliances used to ensure that hazards are not created.
  6. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  7. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs
  8. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
  9. Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as meetings.
  10. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  11. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
  12. Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
  13. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
