Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) CXC subjects along with hands on training in the Tourism and Hospitality industry
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with telephone, online (internet) and in person queries
- Be computer literate with the ability to provide clerical support as the needs arises for the company
- Corresponding with guests, vendors and proprietors
- Support Associate degree in Marketing and /or Management
