Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer results.
  • Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns.
  • Actively listens, communicates clearly and concisely, and assures customer understanding.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.

Skills Needed:
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Clear speaking voice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient at working on a PC.

Receives, reviews, and enters data into computer system or tracking database according to established procedures. Ensures accuracy of all data recorded and performs database maintenance functions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps track of received data and source documents.
  • Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
  • Confirms accuracy of data.
  • Compares data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
  • Reviews and makes necessary corrections to information entered.
  • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data that has been entered.
  • Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.

  • Attendance Adherence

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a high school diploma/4 CXC
  • One year work experience in Billing Data Entry a Plus

An Executive Assistant performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations.

Reports To: General Manager

An Executive Assistant performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) for employees and clients and create trip itineraries.
  • Assisting executives in all possible works likes in meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
  • Organizing meeting, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Report and Data file organization.
  • Process work permits.
  • Manage office petty cash and prepare check requisitions.
  • Must have ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Two (2) to three (3) year's prior Experience working within a professional organization
  • Excellent Time Management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Proper Grammar a must
  • Type 35 wpm
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite inclusive of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented.
