POSITIONS: CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES for CUSTOMER SERVICE!

LOCATION: Radius Global Solutions, 12M to 18M Southern Cross Blvd, Freeport, Montego Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming/outbound calls regarding billing issues, bill collections, service questions and general customer concerns for multiple projects
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers; giving white glove service
• Must have excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Customer Service/Collections experience preferred but not necessary
• Great command of the English Language and Clear speaking voice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient at working on a PC.
• Willing to accept coaching and developmental feedback
• Position is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and drug test
• Schedules depend on departments (flexibility is a must).
• Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny
• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
