Radius Global Solutions is looking for energetic individuals who are looking for summer employment opportunities. New summer client from May to August offering a completion bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer results.
• Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns.
• Actively listens, communicates clearly and concisely, and assures customer understanding.
• Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.

Skills Needed:

• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Clear speaking voice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient at working on a PC.
• Willing to accept coaching and developmental feedback
• Position is contingent upon passing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work between these hours –7am to 9pm Monday to Friday
• Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny
