Devon House Development Limited, an agency of the Ministry of Tourism, is currently seeking to fill the following positions: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER.

Desired Qualifications/Basic Requirements:

• A first degree with a specialization in human resources management 
• Minimum of four (4) years experience in recruitment, training and development
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Sound presentation skills and a flair for training
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to recognize and assess required competencies are absolutely necessary
• Ensure the timely recruitment, selection, hiring and orientation of the required staff adequate training
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and methodologies to attract the talent required to meet business goals, within the time required
• Develop and execute a robust and consistent induction programme for all newly recruited employees, and give the required follow up, to ensure as smooth as possible transition into the organization
