Administrative Assistant EIGS/AS2

The prospective candidate should:

• Possess a professional qualification from an accredited institution (certificate in Administrative Management II, diploma in Business Administration/Associate degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of three (3) years accounting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate at all levels
• Conversant with QuickBooks and Turbo Pay payroll packages
• Proficient in Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Payable/Receivables
• Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiar with PowerPoint
• Training in procurement guidelines and government accounting would be advantageous
