Job Title: Factory Worker
Location: Montego Bay
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
- Perform quality control checks at various stages of production.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
