SEASONAL RECRUITMENT
PriceSmart Jamaica is now recruiting seasonal staff for the upcoming Christmas season.
Positions available:
- Cashiers
- Cake Decorators
- Bakery Assistants
- Merchandisers
Cashiers
Duties:
- Efficiently and accurately process members' orders ensuring transfer and accurate scanning of merchandise. Enters transactions into register, collects payment and makes change
- Promote the sale of membership and an renewals
Cake Decorators
Duties:
- Creatively decorates all cakes as well as special ordered items
- Bakes, packs, and labels baked products following established procedures
- Checks cake order stand for special orders an production schedules for daily needs
Bakery Assistants
Duties:
- Prepares the ingredients for production
- Ensures availability of products on display
- Removes expired goods
- Repacks products as needed
Merchandisers
Duties:
- Ensures all items are displayed in the correct location on a daily basis
- Ensures all club signage are updated and installed before club opening
Submit applications along with copies of:
- Police Certificate of Good Character
- Two (2) passport sized photos
- Valid I.D.
- National Insurance Card
- Two (2) written character references
- Evidence of Valid Bank Account
- Must be flexible to work on shifts, including nights
