Main Duties:

• Receive, cash and satisfy customers’ orders
• Process customer orders (receive/cash) and invoices
• Report out-of-stock products/flavours
• Handle customer complaints and queries
• Assist with daily stock taking in the Cold Room
• Check and balance cash at the end of each day
• To assist in maintaining the Depot in a clean, tidy and orderly manner

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of three (3) CXC subjects including English Language, Mathematics/Accounts
• Minimum of one (1) year’s related work experience
• Customer Service Certification
