Qualifications:

• Four (4) CSEC passes including Accounts/Math and English 
• HEART/NTA certification in Hospitality or Customer Service 
• At least one (1) year experience in the hospitality or customer service industry

Requirements:

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Excellent at problem solving
• Active listening skills
• Attention to details
