Production Supervisor (Kingston, Jamaica) - Coldfield Manufacturing Limited

Duties include:

• Managing the blending and packaging process for juices and drinks
• Overseeing the cleaning and sanitation of process equipment
• Making and implementing weekly production schedules
• Ensuring quality in-process and the end product
• Ensuring the factory is operating in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Administrative duties as it pertains to production staff
• Prepared to work on a shift basis

The successful candidate is required to have:

• At least an Associate degree in a science related discipline 
• Two (2) to three (3) years experience of production or quality assurance in a food/beverage plant
• A working knowledge of GMP, Microbiology and/or HACCP an asset 
• Knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks accounting software 
• Strong leadership, problem solving, self-motivation, organizational skills
