Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Accounting/Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Key Responsibility Areas:

Finance & Accounts:

• Apply and maintain financial control systems
• Assist with facilities management in adherence to the FAA Act, Education Regulation and Directives/Circulars from Ministries of Finance and Education
• Examines the payroll activity for accuracy and timely submission of returns
• Monitors expenditure and material variances
• Provide support on the budget preparation process
• Assist in the management of an effective financial system to monitor and collect auxiliary fees
• Assist in monitoring the consistency of expenditure with a budgetary provision in each category 
• Facilitates timely payment of all salary and deductions
