Qualifications, Experience, and Requirements:
  • A first degree in Management or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in all sections of a Parts Department preferably with a general knowledge of Service and Sales Operations.
  • Practical and administrative experience in Sales, Warehousing, Dealer Relations, Purchasing and Customer Liaison.
  • Good knowledge of dealership administration, policies, procedures, stock control, warranty, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure and be flexible with work schedule and a possible five (5) to six (6) day work week.
  • Ability to be always on call, and able to travel at short notice.

Overview:

The IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting the head of the department and the wider solutions team in his/her capacity of developing and maintaining the desktops, servers, and network systems throughout the organization. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To install and configure computer hardware, networks, operating systems, and applications (desktops and servers).
  • To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephony and various site internal connections.
  • To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
  • To replace hardware and parts as required.

  • To support the roll out of new computer applications.
  • To respond to service incidents within the times specified in any Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • To provide telephone, e-mail, and remote support to all IT users, solving their problems and providing procedural documentation as required.
Required Education and Experience:
  • BSc in Computer Science or related areas.
  • A minimum of two (2) years' work experience or at least four (4) years in a similar capacity.
  • Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or the equivalent certification in relevant programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop Operating Systems.
  • Managing Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Managing deployment/roll outs.
  • Managing large scale Citrix/2x/Terminal Server installations
  • Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server.

Records Clerk (PIDG/RIM 1)

Main role and core functions:

Under the direct supervision of the Records Officer II, the Records Clerk is responsible for supporting the records management function within the organization.

Main Functions:

  • Preparing outgoing correspondences for dispatch to various organizations
  • Regular updating of minute sheets to reflect enclosed letters
  • Circulating circulars, Newsletter and Publications to Staff as directed
  • Assist with the booking of conference and meeting rooms
  • Daily entering of information into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • All incoming and outgoing correspondence scanned and catalogued on the EDMS
  • Assist in the opening of the new files where necessary and entering the file name in the Registry Filing Catalogue
  • Monthly updating of database for Partners and Suppliers
  • Provide message logging service during the activation of Emergency Operation Centre (EOC)
  • Act as the main relief Telephone Operator on a daily basis
  • Logging of files name, number and return date as well as requesting officer in the files distribution log book
  • Monitor the use and return of files to the Registry
