Position Summary:

CSR & Cashier

Duties:
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Assisting with expediting customer orders while engaging customers
  • Delivering optimal customer service as per company service standard
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • ACCURATELY completing customer service order form
  • Maintaining the positive image of the company while building a customer base and greeting customers.
  • Cashier.
  • Processing transactions using customer cash, cheques and credit/debit cards
  • Processing payments according to company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Balancing daily sales orders, receipts and cash according to company procedures
  • Any other duties assigned related to your core job function.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) CXC subjects or equivalent qualifications
  • Literacy and computation skills
Experience:
  • Three (3) - five (5) years experience in a similar role would be an asset

  • Ability to work well in teams

  • Excellent information processing ability and numeracy skills
  • Ability to use QuickBooks or any other accounting Software
