Core Functions:
The successful candidate will be required to effectively market the services of the organization, with primary emphasis on guarding, electronic security and access control.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate/Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar capacity
- Proven track record in marketing and sales
- Willing to work extended hours
- Proficient in the development of marketing plans
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in prospecting, developing sales leads, and preparing bids and proposals
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in building and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Working knowledge of electronic and static security would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other software
- Working knowledge of GOV procurement policies and procedures would be an asset
