Guardsman Recruitment Drive 2025 - Armed & Aviation Security Officers (Kingston, Spanish Town, Portmore & St. Thomas - Jamaica)

 

Inviting applicants from Kingston, Spanish Town, Portmore, St. Thomas and surrounding communities to join our Recruitment Drive every Tuesday and Thursday each week for the month of March. 

Start Time: 8:30 a.m.

Location: Guardsman Limited,

2-6 Emmaville Crescent,

Kingston CSO.

Applicants should be prepared to participate in a fitness, reading and written assessment.

Please take the following documents:

• NIS
• TRN
• Government ID
• Birth Certificate
• A valid police record (no more than six (6) months)
• Passport photo
• School leaving certificate/At least three (3) CXC or City & Guilds subjects, including Mathematics, and/or English Language/Certification Security or any skill
• Be drug free - Medical is mandatory
  
  

Unarmed Officers Rates: $402.38 per hour

Basic rate: $375.00 per hour 

Laundry Allowance: $52.38 per hour

Overtime rate: $525.00 per hour (effective after 40 hours work per week)

Our officers work a minimum of 72 hours weekly.
