Accounts Clerk (Receivables)
Aeronautical Telecommunications Limited (Aerotel) is seeking to identify a suitably qualified individual to fill the above-mentioned post.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Certificate in Accounting
- Two (2) years' experience in a related field
- Data Entry.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assists in the collection of payments for services provided.
- Generates invoices for non-core services.
- Dispatches invoices
- Reconciles disputed accounts in collaboration with the client and other internal personnel.
- Assists with the preparation and dispatch of credit and debit notes.
- Collaborates with the Account Executives to collect outstanding payments.
- Maintains record of ageing accounts.
Key Technical Competencies
The Jobholder should possess the appropriate level of knowledge and skills in:
- Computing/Microsoft Applications - particularly Excel Spreadsheet.
- Maintains record of ageing accounts.
