CALL CENTER OUTBOUND SALES AGENT- Work From Home And Call Center Opportunity!

RSM BILLING, LLC is adapting to the changes in the workplace required by COVID-19. We are looking for and supporting highly motivated confident sales representatives to grow several US call center sales campaigns. You will be provided extensive training to develop superior sales skills, engage in providing top-notch customer service experience and gain an overall professional approach to the US based sales cycle.

We are growing before, during and soon enough after the crisis! With call center locations in Ocho Rios, Kingston and soon to be Montego Bay we need you to become our next manager.

This position comes with an extremely aggressive commission structure, additional performance-based incentives for closing targeted sales goals and no cap to commission amounts. To excel in this role, you must possess a high level of confidence, have an outgoing personality, and enjoy speaking on the phone.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Place calls to US based consumers 
• Remain current about offered products and services.
• Provide accurate and correct information on products and services
• Ensure excellent customer service for your sales
• Remain in compliance with company policy and applicable laws for every campaign.

• Ability to navigate multiple tabs on Google Chrome

Qualifications for Opportunity:

• High School Education or Equivalent Preferred
• No prior experience required due to robust training, sales or customer service experience is helpful.
• High energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven
• Work anytime from 8 AM to 8 PM, no overnights, weekend shifts available but not required.
