We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized accounting clerk to join our team and assist with maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions and supporting our accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Transactions: Accurately record and process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized and up-to-date records for all transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk, accounts payable/receivable clerk, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage)
