Clerical Assistant

• Knowledge of Accounting Practices.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software (QuickBooks).
• Preparation of payment vouchers and filling documents.
• Ability to prepare Financial Statements.
• Must be able to collect and analyze data.
• Perform well amidst crisis, reliable, trustworthy, confidential and able to work on your own initiative.
• Ability to liaise with staff and meet deadlines.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Suite etc.). 
• At least four (4) C.X.C. subjects including Accounts and Mathematics.
