Summary of Job:

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage General Manager's schedule
• Support Key Events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree 
• Minimum of two (2) years proven experience as an Executive Assistant/similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and other relevant software
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
