Office Attendant Needed
Under the overall direction of the Head of MQCSD and the direct supervision of the Administrator, the incumbent is responsible for the following:
- Daily cleaning of office and laboratory work areas including floors, furniture and surfaces
- Washing and distributing cloths for laboratory use
- Complying with the quality management system of the laboratory and all related standard operating procedures as applicable
- Clean assigned laboratory equipment such as refrigerators and freezer as per SOP and established schedule
- Preparing beverage, food service and associated preparation and clean-up as required
- Providing general office assistance including bearer duties as required
- Cleaning appliances in kitchenette
- Daily removal of non-chemical waste from the office and laboratory for disposal
- Maintaining cleaning log as applicable
- Assisting with washing laboratory glassware when the Laboratory Assistant is absent
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary school level or previous relevant experience
- Good command of the English Language and basic computer skills
