Assistant Shift Manager
Job Purpose
Responsibility to effectively manage and utilize assigned resources in vessel and housekeeping operations. Be fully responsible for performance of direct reports and staff discipline. Key responsibilities include providing efficient organization and control of assigned resources (labour and equipment) during vessel and yard operations in order to achieve planned objectives and set KPIs.
Job Requirements and Specifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Production and Operations Management from a recognized institution or Equivalent qualification.
- Five (5) years' working experience in a Senior position in the Shipping Industries
- Training and experience in supervisory management with thorough knowledge of its principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Shipping Industry and the Terminal's operations.
