A successful food manufacturing and distribution company requires Sales Supervisors living in the parishes of St. Ann, St. Mary, Manchester, St. Catherine, Kingston and St. Andrew.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor and attain weekly sales targets.
• Must be able to train, motivate and supervise the daily duties of the sales/merchandising team.
• Devise and implement strategies to achieve sales target.
• Reconcile contractors' accounts.
• Make frequent route checks.

Applicant should:

• Have at least a first degree from a recognized institution preferably in the area of Marketing and Sales.
• Have at least three years' experience in Sales and excellent at report writing.
•  Have well-developed supervisory skills, be reliable and responsible.
• Be able to work well under pressure and have an excellent track record of customer relationship building.
• Be available to work flexible hours (6-days work schedule) and have excellent time management skills.
• Be committed to building and maintaining good customer service relations.
• Be able to communicate verbally and in writing with individuals of all levels.
• Display a high level of initiative, a team player and team builder.
• Be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Holder of a valid driver's license, own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
