Quantity Surveyor
Interested applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Must possess at least a first degree in Quantity Surveying
- Must have at least three (3) full years experience in the field of quantity surveying
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Should be able work on own initiative
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research new tender postings for the company to bid on
- Prepare tender documents to include Bills of Quantities
- Prepare payment certificate for submission
- Calculate variation orders
