Experience in teaching and management at the secondary level will be an asset plus

Required Competencies:

• Possession of excellent oral and written skills.
• Capacity to be a team Player.
• Ability to provide a supportive role to the Principal.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize and complete work with little supervision within the agreed timeline.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, students and the community.
• Capacity to demonstrate flexible and creative management of disciplinary issues.
• Capacity to development effective reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications:

A first degree with emphasis in any of the following:

• Supervision
• Psychology
• Counselling Psychology
• Social Work
• Education
