LASCO Distributors Limited markets, sells and distributes branded consumer goods in the nutrition, hygiene and healthcare categories in Jamaica and across several international markets.
It has long-established distribution agreements with its affiliate, LASCO Manufacturing Limited as well as leading multinationals including Unileverm Astra Zeneca, Bayer and Roche.
We are expanding our sales team and are seeking team members to increase our sales and profitability and support our vision of enhancing everyday family values of providing quality products and services to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating sales efforts with all the relevant team members and other key stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve sales targets and other business outcomes within schedule
- Preparing detailed monthly sales reports reflecting sales and collection performance, customer needs, problems, market conditions, competitive activities/trends, promotional activities and potential for new products and services
- Identifying and establishing new accounts within the territory to increase volumes within the market
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Associate degree in Business Studies
- Two (2) years experience in a similar position
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Must possess a valid driver's license and operate a reliable motor vehicle
