Accounting Officer (Kingston, Jamaica)

A company operating in the advertising industry is seeking to recruit for the position of Accounting Officer.

The applicant must have at least two  (2) years experience as an Accounting Officer to perform the following duties:

• Reconciliation of ledgers,  sub-ledgers
• Posting of accounting entries for expenses and income 
• Assist with the preparation of statutory returns
• Assist with the preparation of management accounts

The applicant must be able to: 

• Work effectively with a team
• Work on own initiative 
• Ensure updated and accurate accounting records are maintained
