A dynamic design and construction company is seeking a creative and vibrant draughtsman at its Spanish Town office in St. Catherine.
He or she:
- Have at least a diploma in draughting and building technology
- Have ability to use computer aided design (CAD) software to produce detailed residential building plan and designs
- Be knowledgeable about local municipal building requirements for residential building designs
- Prepare presentation using PowerPoint, Autodesk showcase and Lumion
- Possess good people and communication skills
- Be self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to produce 3-dimensional drawings would be an asset
