The Stationery Centre is seeking a Customer Centric and Engaging candidates to fill the role of Customer  Loyalty Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing, maintaining and developing business relationships with inbound leads
• Answering customer inquiries
• Providing pricing and delivery information to customers
• Processing customer orders

Qualifications and Experience

• Have a High School Diploma
• Possess Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be self-motivated and driven
• Have a positive attitude
• Possess planning and time management skills
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales
