The Stationery Centre is seeking a Customer Centric and Engaging candidates to fill the role of Customer Loyalty Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing, maintaining and developing business relationships with inbound leads
- Answering customer inquiries
- Providing pricing and delivery information to customers
- Processing customer orders
Qualifications and Experience
- Have a High School Diploma
- Possess Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and driven
- Have a positive attitude
- Possess planning and time management skills
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales
