Sam Sharpe Teachers' College invites applications for the following positions:

Procurement Officer (GMG SEG1)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting; Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in similar position

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Knowledge of Government of Jamaica (GOJ) procurement procedures
• Knowledge and ability to understand and analyse financial statements
• Familiarization with GOJ standard bidding document 
• Knowledge of financial management principles
• Excellent report writing skills
• Competence in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications

Salary: $1,502,063.00 - $1,785,481.00 per annum

Lab Technician (EIGS AS2)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English
• Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience in troubleshooting software systems and networks
• Familiar with LAN/WAN environment
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or any related discipline

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize workload

Salary: $757,749.00 - $900,725.00 per annum

Dormitory Supervisor (EIGS GS3)

Qualifications and Experience:

• HEART/NTA certifications in housekeeping or related field
• Four (4) CXC subjects
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in a related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Salary: $10,819.00 -$12,240.00 per week
